The college is self financing and unaided. The college is spread over 10 acres of land with an aesthetically built up area. The college has Ragging Free Campus. As per the recommendations of Raghvan Committee constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Ragging is totally banned in Umrer Polytechnic.
